I saw this up in an elementary school classroom a few years ago. I never met the teacher but they seem like they must be cool.

(Theirs was not rotated arbitrarily but stood upright)

      It wasn't in the US, which helps. Also teachers where I live don't really have bosses, it's pretty hard to interfere with their practice.

    If this was some American chud teacher, it would try and make some cringe joke about how "everyone must have the same number of markers" or "we only paint everything red today." But the fact that Marx is saying "here are the supplies, they are for everyone to use as they need them" is actually a very nice little encapsulation of communism.

      In the US, elementary school students and teachers have to pitch in and buy a long list of of supplies which are then shared with the whole classroom because the schools are too broke to supply it themselves
