Incredible brains. They constantly complain about not getting raises despite being there for decades, working long hours, management being slow and discriminating, and they rarely take time off despite having tons of hours because they’re afraid they’ll be fired in retaliation.

      Literally every problem they ever have with work for the rest of forever you just have to say "Man if only you and your fellow workers could like, vote on a solution to that! Huh!"

      next time they complain about not getting any raises tell them to 'whine' to their union rep. as in 'do i look like your union rep?'. treat their stupidity as the matter of fact bad decision that it is.
