I've been following the discourse a LITTLE bit, but just came across an article that states the Pathfinder creators just banned AI generated content in their game.
How.....how is that enforced? If Im making up my own adventures for a campaign, what is to stop me from making an AI generated monster for the party to fight?
That's not what they banned.
In the coming days, Paizo will add new language to its creative contracts that stipulate that all work submitted to us for publication be created by a human. We will further add guidance to our Pathfinder and Starfinder Infinite program FAQs clarifying that AI-generated content is not permitted on either community content marketplace.

Was looking to aim my question more at the TTRPG scene at large than this particular Pathfinder thing.
