The education secretary, who oversaw draft statutory sex education guidance published on Thursday, said while gender reassignment should be taught in school, gender 'ideology' shouldn't be presented as fact. The NSPCC responded by criticising age limits in the guidance.
but we know that they won't be "leaving that up to the kids". It'll end up working the same as sex ed without talking about gay people or whatever will go. It just means everyone is assumed to be cis and hetero and that will be the only group of people accommodated by sex ed.
Unfortunately we can always assume the worst because we live in hell.
