As a tall guy, I can squat deep just fine with no load, because my lower back can flex/round and it isn't an issue with just my bodyweight being supported by two legs. But as soon as I try to squat under load with a single leg only or weights which requires keeping a rigid/braced torso to prevent injury it becomes impossible to squat deep. Like the video shows, I become a pretzel lol.
I basically have real life slenderman body proportions lmao. Tall and skinny, super long torso, long arms, "short" legs but with long femurs and short shins. It's getting better as I bulk up and exercise thankfully, no longer unhealthily skinny.
But seriously don't take exercise form advice from a tall person if you're short, and don't take form advice from short people if you're tall.

I (largely) have anime body proportions. Large head, short torso, long legs, funny hair.
