I wonder how the USSR would approach e-cigarettes for smoking cessation if it were still around today; China is the world leader in e-cigarette manufacturing though they have not to the best of my knowledge implemented any public health campaigns to get smokers to switch. The Chinese e-cigarette industry was recently rolled into China State Tobacco so we'll see.
For reference, Yandex has a OCR translator that is pretty good. It gives "Smoked..." and "Dropped it!" as the translations for this. Literally just plugged the hexbear URL into the filename box when it asks for an upload.
