I believe they can only realitically condition that if they have a severence above the legally mandated one. If not, I'd ask they pay double my salary for those two weeks, what are they gonna do fire you again?
I've got some sick days i'm about to cash in, and i already have like 4 vacation days approved for the next few weeks so i'm only even working like half
