Good point, and while it wouldn't be hard in DeSantis' position to scoop them up by promising to release Trump and drain the swamp or whatever, the guy just seems like too much of a little rulebook-licking weiner to embrace that kind of chaos energy even opportunistically. All hypothetical though, because obv these are Zeno's Walls that are eternally closing in.
