I use an ereader on my phone, but I totally do this.
No you see, by taking a nap in between sets they’re letting their muscles recover and ensuring they can threaten their PR everytime they touch the weights
What's with people resting on equipment between sets anyway. Get up and let people work in. Some people have a time limit at the gym.
