And on and on it goes.

    practicing cleanliness is a decent way of developing conscientiousness, but you gotta start small (like pick up that piece of paper on the ground that shouldn’t be there and place it in trash can small) and be consistent about it in order to build physical and psychic momentum. you can actually turn it into a sort of sisyphean exercise routine where you come home, knock over a pack of cards and pick them all up (maybe sort them as well). the key here is to remember to slowly and incrementally graduate to cleaning your room/doing the dishes.

    but seriously, i'm not sure self-imposed restrictions that require executive function are the way out of not having executive function. sounds kinda bootstraps
