If the libs get a 4-3 majority on the supreme court, we could go the way of Michigan in just a few years (claw our way out of several circles of hell). Wisconsin could go back to having basic liberal democracy and potentially flip the federal Congress.
And we could likely get rid of right to work laws here.
Right now the state is about 52% blue, but Republicans have nearly double the representation in the legislature, and triple the federal representation. Absolutely wild.

Yes. To the extent that voting sort of endorses or upholds the system, yeah. It upholds capitalism over feudalism whether it's incoming or outgoing.

Local elections are usually much more important than nationals since there have been a couple elections won with like 50 more votes than the opponent
Critique of voting is on how it systemically co-opts and deradicalizes movements.
This frequently gets oversimplified into "anarchists don't vote".
If voting is a tool that will improve conditions then you can use it situationally just as long as you are aware of it's limitations.
