cafiza? that stuff kinda scares me. I know its harsh enough to not be safe to use on certain metals, but yet I still end up getting it all over my hands whenever I use it basically
Cafiza, joe glow, puro caff, pully caff, brew rite, caffenu. Any of them will work if you want to empty your bowels.

Macrogol is pretty good. It's a powder that mixes with water. You can combine it with some juice or something to hide the taste. If you're really full of poo, you can mix up a litre of water and 8 scoops/sachets to do a decompaction regime , but also you can take 1-2 twice a day for a few days or weeks to help soften things without causing any diarrhoea or accidents.
(it's also replaced picoprep for colonoscopy prep recently due to shortages of that, I had it for a colonoscopy recently and it seemed to do a good job)
