My friend started a GoFundMe yesterday for their top surgery. Their goal was 9000 euros to pay for the flight to Spain, the actual surgery, accommodation and recovery time. They were expecting this to take several years, but as of today, less than 24 hours after starting it, they've already received 2000 euros.
