For example, I'd like to see a bell curve of VO2max for a bunch of randoms in 2024, and compare it to the same thing in 2018 or prior. Anyone know where to get data like this?

    I don't really think that data even exists until someone does a study, which may just never happen, and may be paywalled if it does.

    Not super related, but the one stat I know for sure is always available from regular government data collection is excess mortality, which is available places like this.
