He's standing on a flat surface and can grab onto the frame of the forks, I'm not seeing much of a problem.
Him being up there is probably the least bad thing in the image. Look at the rest of it though, all those spills and shit and the roof about to come down.
Could be worse tbh. Balance on a shoddy bridge constructed at the end of the forks, while near a fatal drop with no railing. Then we'll be talking :sicko-pig:
