Basically great man theory's natural consequences. People who are powerful now must be somehow more capable than anyone else, so them finding a position of authority over everyone else is an inevitability and we should just let them take what they want.
But then what recent event would make that abundantly clear? Is he saying Putin is a warlord because he's not a billionaire, even though he's both? Or is he talking about someone else? I really want to know what he thinks he's saying here.
