I've gotten pretty much all the knots hammered out of my story and I want to actually write it down and put it in my creative writing class portfolio but first I need to stop obsessing over my social hurdles and pains
so far so good, CPAP mask seal was actually good last night and I woke up feeling a bit energized, and I was able to evade the habitual negative thoughts
I got class in 40 minutes and I plan on making breakfast and taking a shower then spending the day on homework and writing
Thanks today went already pretty great. I have light pain but other than that things are looking up and im hopeful for the coming months.
