      Even people from languages very close to English like German, who spent their schooling learning English to fluency and talk to English speakers every day, don't write like this.

      They'll slip up and put direct translations from their first language in, or change the syntax to match a similar idiom in their own language. The reverse of course is also true.

      This guy is making grammar errors that mostly only native speakers (or people with an uncommon talent for picking up languages) do.
