I remember the bit account but IIRC they were more GOP/far right lib than brunch lib? Which is why I was always so sure they were referencing the Silver Shirts.
The bit account, which is why I didn't think it had to do with 538, and I just kinda assumed that the emoji was a joke about the bit account as I don't know what the guy's face looks like.
Honestly might have been me, I went down a rabbit hole and was 100% obsessed with these people like a year ago and ranted about extensively in at least one Hexbear thread. It's crazy how much they've influenced modern new age thought.
