Thanks I'm feeling quite better now, a bit faster than last time, which is good. But yeah, really trying not to have anxiety attacks about long covid. :-/
Glad to hear you're feeling a little bit better. I don't know if it's true but I see a lot of people suggesting that the amount you rest while you're sick has a lot to do with your odds of long COVID. Might be bullshit but sleeping through as much of it as you can probably won't hurt?
