Even in mirrodin this was bad but it's a black common from the early 00's what do you expect
Wizards hated black forever and cards like this are to guarantee nobody ever goes mono black in limited except when presented with all the removal
Giving black all the good removal cards was a bad idea in hindsight
It's got flying! But I'm still an MTG noob and even I can see why you'd pass over this card that's only 1/2 and doesn't do very much.
It's one of the most notoriously bad cards in the game for no other reason than it's not bad, persay. might see some play if it were 1B in constructed, or even 2B in limited, MAYBE, but 5B for a 1/2 flyer with temporary removal? fuque off
