Pest control. The idea is that a rabbit or squirrel might leave your garden alone if it thinks there are foxes around. What makes fox piss so much fun is that it's one of the worst smelling things I've ever smelled. Like concentrated piss mixed with some skunk and burning rubber for good measure.
