Good list. I'd point out that some have varying pronunciation depending on which regional Chinese you're speaking, for e.g.
头发 - tóufà is tóufa in Beijing, and 耳朵 is ěrduo. Both pronounce the second character as toneless.
Others here are marked as toneless when to me they have tones? e.g. xiōngbu I would pronounce as xiōngbù.
It's a quirk you'll need to be aware of that people may transcribe pinyin differently, and some automatic pinyin tone transcribers don't get it right either.
