Back again with one of these threads. You all know the drill!

Rough night last night. Didn't go to the office today, but am still sitting in on a 4 hour meeting. Got another one on Friday. Tomorrow night I get to be stuck in a room with 3 people that don't like me. Hooray! I'll have a few friends there at least, so I can go disappear with them when needed, to some degree at least.

Gonna buy myself a nice sandwich later to soothe the soul, and bathe the pups tonight and stay sober.

    I fell in love and had my heart broken in about five days last week and shit just feels lonely now. Even more so than before. Like I'm living the same routing as before I met her but something is off and it's annoying and depressing. I should've known better than to fall for her so quickly.

    Also I'm not eating much which is a little worrying but I could lose a few pounds.

      Relationships suck. Lost someone I was in love with yesterday. Last time I was having a depressive episode, didn't eat for 3 days. Please have a little food at least, if you can. Even something small <3

      That's so real and tough, comrade! I just want to remind you that grieving is a part of the human reaction for the lose of anything. You fell in love and then lost that, pain, changes in mood, appetite, sleep, everything like that is a natural part of it- doesn't matter how long it lasted- You're still human.
