You could write an entire essay about how this show intentionally and very loudly ignores the structures of power to instead focus on the idea of individual actors being behind evil. The show is a literal PowerPoint presentation explaining how the reactionary state subsumes and redirects anything that internally challenges it.

First Wheel of Time, then Foundation, now Halo? This sex-haver propaganda is going too far!

Wheel of time had tons of sex in the original. The purists were mad because they cut more than they kept (well, and the chuds being chuds).

Do I want to know what they did to the foundation?

the foundation tv show basically has nothing to do with the books except for like some parts of the setting and plot. iirc the showrunner wanted to make their own IP but couldn't but then did shit to Foundation instead. Idk. I watched some of it and then stopped

i thought having the emperor exist as this weird genetic triumvirate of clones was cool tho, also one of them was lee pace

IIRC Gaal Dornick fucks. Also she's a woman now and she gets psychic powers. Don't watch it.
