It is the correct amount of lasagna for $6. It tastes as good as most restaurant lasagna, a symbol of bourgeois decadence. It is ready in 70 minutes without preparation required.

Under communism we will solve the Lasagna Problem and provide quality lasagna to all workers for $6.

Before all this food inflation started you could diy lasagna to feed a few people for 4 dollars if you caught those Dollar Tree noodles on time and got tomatoes, 'cheese', and protein on special, ofc you include your labor and its not as convenient. Can't do it as cheap here, I've never seen ricotta for a dollar even in the before times, cottage cheese as a rep is even pricey. Nutritional yeast + tofu on sale might not be so bad as a ricotta rep, will have some of the cheesy factor. Beef or beans, well hosed. I miss eggplants 3 for a dollar, out here its like 3-5 dollars for enough eggplants to DIY, anyway if you can get them cheap do not sleep on eggplant lasagna.

I could never go into into that store when I lived in CA, lp would start harassing me for just looking at it.

That makes a bourgeois amount of lasagna. A proletarian amount is 1200 calories. By seizing the means of production we can make lasagna at an economically viable scale. There will be no more paying $20 for the ingredients to make too much lasagna, only $6 for the amount according to your needs.

Could probably eat the entire eggplant version and still fall short calorie wise, the one where you replace the noodles with eggplant ones that is. Sometimes you just need to feed many comrades many times, but you bring up a good point about food waste going into the future for when that's not a concern.
