The ruling means Glacier Northwest Inc. can sue over its claim that wet concrete loaded onto trucks was rendered useless after workers walked off the job.
I misunderstood that the solidifying concrete in the mixers actually completely destroyed the trucks themselves. Honestly I was kind of thinking "fair enough, there must be a line somewhere a strike can't just burn down a factory".
That's what I thought originally too, and was going to give the new Justice props for like of OKing industrial sabotage. But the company is basically suing for lost revenue that day and the rest of the libs just shrugged and said that's fine.

The union brought the trucks BACK TO THE FACILITY and LEFT THE MIXERS RUNNING SO THE COMPANY WOULDN'T LOSE THE CONCRETE.
