Have noticed a definite increase in posts in c/commrequest for subreddit specific comms. Also noticed posts about :libs: flocking to lemmy.
Can we please not? No site specific comms. No posts in the subreddits offering lifeboats.
We’re either going to be outnumbered by libs or awful ideological niche folks that are just going to completely ruin the entire vibe and function of the site.

This sites biggest mistake was getting rid of main.
Yes we know. Admin mods want other comms to get seen. But you need a large user base for that to happen and for them to be viable.

Yeah this site isn't really used as a platform it is mostly a single community.
