Daggers are silent and markets are crowded, so the Sicarii would walk up to their target, shank them, and walk away in to the crowd like real world Altair. The Romans and the stooges were terrified of them, and it's possible that Jesus was crucified (a punishment usually reserved for crimes against the roman state ie treason) bc he was associating with known terrorists.
