Does anyone have any illusions that the average reddit user will stop using reddit after this blip of a protest is over?

Like all modern liberal protests, it is only the catharsis that matters to the participants, though you will never get them to admit it. It is not a demonstration of what the people will actually follow through with so there is no threat to capital. It's just that now capitalists are bored with giving the traditional lipservice to grievances.
