      to be fair (not judging Ops discord server) I felt like I had to write an essay for almost every leftist discord server. Questions such as - what did Karl Marx think about fashion ?

        Starting a new Tankie discord server where you have to write a 700 word essay to join but you only get permission if you write "Fuck you I'm not writing an essay for this shit" to screen out the tryhards.

        no essays, yea there is vetting but it’s like 1-2 sentences per question lol. its just basic marxist theory so that we don’t get flooded by a bunch of people who aren’t ML. we’re very much not a ‘big tent’ leftist server, there’s plenty of other communities for that, we just wanna chill
