They aren't a threat to ships or really any larger commercial vessels. That combined with the public backlash killing them would cause means that they are just gonna just let them keep doing their thing and smaller vessels in that area are just gonna have to try to make peace with them. If Orca's could fk up commercial shipping or even commercial fishing trawlers, they would be killed ASAP but this is smaller private craft so people will have to deal with it.
