The Supreme Court’s conservative majority has ruled a Christian graphic artist who wants to design wedding websites can refuse to work with same-sex couples. The decision is a defeat for gay rights.
Okay, everyone is upset about this, but it totally would be appropriate for someone to retaliate in any way against the plaintiff. Like, if someone were to go to the Colorado Secretary of State site and look up the address for the business that is, for some reason, absent from their website, and mailed criticisms there, that would be bad. If they were to disseminate that information in the Boulder/Denver area, organized protests, pressured the landlord to kick them out, that would be double extra bad, really hope no one does that.
