I think it’s 300 for new accounts, 600 for established free accounts, and 6000 for the idiots who pay for Twitter.
And after writing this, I realized I don’t know if they mean that only previously existing accounts will be grandfathered into 600 or if you have to have your account for a period of time before it upgrades to 600. When I initially read it, I assumed it was the latter.
