I bought a Miata for $3k about 10 years ago, I never should have sold it. Now they're $6k minimum for a decent one. Still 10 times cheaper than a loaded Wrangler.

You might also look at a Suzuki Cappuccino if you want a 7/8 scale Miata. They're about the same price as a Miata in the USA, dunno how they compare in Europe.
Just looked it up, and the only available are like 30k lol. I'll keep looking for a cute, small car, or a car so gloriously 90s like the older Fiat panda models. Thanks though!
