For all his fault the man does apparently know how to run a game studio doesn't he? Most of his stuff is quality work shipped on time. It's only MGS V which kind of went through delay after delay but then honestly the man's been trying to quit that series ever since MGS 2 and he keeps getting roped back in, I'm not convinced he didn't pull that shit on purpose.
