What’s the situation w getting on the dn in terms of markets and shit. Last time I was on there everything was getting DDOSed and shut down. Also is there anyone who knows about RC shit. reddit-logo has really cracked down on this stuff and there’s no good resources I can find. Used to use clear net sites in Canada that are all wiped out.     Nothing of note nowadays. Sites still get DDOS'd but it's not nearly as bad as it was earlier this year. You can upgrade TAILS from within the live OS, as long as it's from >2021 you shouldn't run into any issues doing it that way. Can always install Tor Browser and download the latest version of it.

    Good link source is dark dot fail, once you have a URL for a market, I'd find it on another link aggregator to have some level of security against phishing. Good ones are tor dot taxi, daunt dot link/Dread, Tor Times' list. As long as you can find matching URLs in a couple different places, you've done your best. Maybe all the link aggregators got hacked on the same day and you were super unlucky :'( or they were all actually operated by the Dread staff. But saving the market's PGP key today and then going back in a week on a different mirror and verifying the signature on the new mirror is an option for mitigating that.

    Otherwise all the usual stuff. Only use XMR, practice good security in terms of not having it shipped to a place with tons of illegal stuff. Just in the off chance it turns into a big deal. Check Dread before ordering just in the off chance you happened to be ordering right when people noticed they were exit scamming.
