I’ve had the game for a bit, but never put much time into it.
From what I’ve read recently, the game is actually balanced around group play. I want to give it another go, so if anyone else wants to give the game a go with a battle buddy lmk.

I've exclusively only played a pirated offline server. Multiplayer games feel too much like an obligation. You gotta do the dailies and the quests, you have to be good, otherwise you're letting everyone down and you're a slurred slur for not being better! Also that game is full of cheaters. It's a really cool game and I love the gun customization but I'm just a little guy
SPT-AKI is also the only way to play Tarkov as intended (slow and methodical) as opposed to how it's played live (Call of Duty sweatlord fest)
Plus you can mod it. I can have a purple laser, cat ears, and pinky hello kitty Glocks. Or I can install gore and dismemberment mods. Or both.
