Never played SMT and I'm googling the character now. Might have drawn inspiration from Guin from the looks of it. King from Tekken was inspired by the novels and parts of Berserk were too.

Ose, also known as Osé, Oze, Oso or Voso, is the 57th demonic spirit of the Ars Goetia and a great president of Hell. He first appears as a leopard, but after some time will take the form of a man. The mainline SMT stuff might be a bit hard to get into so trying out some of their cheaper older stuff should give you an idea if you'll like them or not
