Need a couple of generations (undefined) until they can be trusted to be people. The Florida governor signed the “Stop WOKE Act” last year to do just that, restricting how issues of race are taught in public schools and workplaces. Seriously, if this appeared as a name in fiction I'd say it was too over the top. link
