I just discovered that our food containers are riddled with plastic shavings and most of my coworkers (including the manager) just shrugged and basically said lol fuck the customers & we're gonna die anyways torment

Edit: I forgot to mention one of my zoomer coworkers came in wearing an Obama shirt and fondly remembered watching him on TV like he was Mr. Rodgers.

I think that was the tipping point lol

    Tiny sauce cups for to-go orders. I'm in a heat bulb state so I'm guessing the weather is just baking these things while they sit in boxes.

      Pretty much all disposable plastics that aren't manufactured with food in them are not really 'food safe' because there is no FDA requirement for testing for containers that food 'might' be in. Never get the sauce, or have it in the box.
