This game has my favourite line in video game history
Snake: ...he survived by drinking the blood of his family.
Raiden: So that's why they call him Vamp.
Snake: (seemingly confused at how Raiden could possibly come to this conclusion) No. "Vamp" isn't for "Vampire", it's because he's bisexual.
That game had some badly aged moments where in-setting chuds were really concerned that Raiden was kind of ambiguously built.

They latch on to the AI Colonel saying the phrase "political correctness" and interpret the whole thing as a critique of le wokes
The only moment like that I recall is the famous scene where
moves in to grab Raiden's package. Nobody makes fun of Raiden's looks or anythingI think nonconsensually groping someone to "check" their genitals for gender conformity counts as "making fun" especially in the context of the time it was made.
