But i cant do it becauae my partner will get sad that im ignoring her
Tell your partner "There's no need to get VI-O-LENT!"
"oof"
"oh"
"yeargh!"
"I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than you!"
[ragdolls and dies]
Following your partner saying Adoring Fan lines until they get annoyed and tell you to go back to the game.
Modded or vanilla? And if modded what mods? I love the idea of actually playing all the way through Oblivion after starting 7-8 different times but the janky mechanics always put me off of it. Anything to smooth out those edges without turning it into HARDCORE REALISM FULL CONVERSION like most of the recommended mods I've seen would be welcome
Depends on what mechanics you're talking about but the biggest thing to enjoying Oblivion is knowing that the enemies scale massively with your level and it makes the game feel like crap so don't be afraid to adjust the difficulty at any time (just press start). If its too easy turn it up, too hard turn it down.
There are mods that change or entirely disable the enemy levelling to get around that problem.
Counterpoint: I got so caught up in a session of hoi4 that I forgot to join the communal barbie viewing
Might be worth spending more time with your partner, Oblivion will still be there later.
i feel ya this is gonna be me on Thursday when bg3 no one will hear from me for a week, its all i wanna talk about. im getting annoying.
I hate that feeling, when I know I'm hyperfixating on something and just a bore to be around and it can even be hard to focus on what other people are talking about so I get frustrated with the effort and end up being a grumpy fuck till my brain decides to think about anything else.
lol mood I've been getting big cravings to replay Oblivion lately myself. I hope someone on the Nexus has put together a mod collection that has the open cities and enhanced landscape mods working together because I do not want to go through the process of modding it myself right now.
