It true. I was looking at gowns last night but they don't really make them in my size and I can't afford bespoke. : p
Practically cheating because I'm in a pipe band, but I love wearing kilts and I wish it was more socially acceptable in public (not so much due to the gender nonconformance aspect in this instance but that people will generally think you're a huge nerd if you aren't also carrying around bagpipes). The ventilation is top notch.

There’s a white boomer landlord down the road who always looks angry and who always chats with the local chuds and who likewise always wears a khaki skirt. I don’t get it. He looks good in the skirt, but he always has this attitude (maybe I’m projecting) that’s like “Yeah I’m wearing a skirt, so what?” Bro I don’t care about your skirt, it actually looks good and I bet it’s comfy, I just hate your totally abhorrent exploitative lifestyle!
Finding dresses that fit the male body right is really difficult.
