Most left-wing US president in history (because he's transfering the colonies back to Britain, and also cuz it's true).
Since he was born in America he’s a natural born US Citizen and thus theoretically eligible to be President.
(But he hasn’t lived in the US for at least 14 years so he isn’t actually eligible at the moment.)
Britain is basically a part of the US. I'm sure we can just ignore that part.
