    I simply do not understand the dissonance. redditors and missing the point (name a more iconic duo). "The rebellion was based on French and other European resistances in WWII" yeah, maybe try the Vietnamese resistance TO the French (and others) there bud. Then the kid in the show's manifesto is just "against tyranny" but no, definitely not a systemic critic of imperialism, no. Def not a direct reference to Marx or Lenin. Just "against tyranny", so profound! Ffs... liberals

      even if The Rebellion was primarily based on maquisards---oh gee i wonder what ideology predominated the european resistance struggles against nazism? what were the conservatives doing during the occupations?

    Scrolled the comments for a min (thread is locked already), but there was a good chunk saying stuff like leftism and anti-authoritarianism are not related. Getting mega-wooshed by Andor, but still appreciating it because it SW(c) or something I guess.
