Asunción, Jul 7 (Prensa Latina) The foreign ministers of the Southern Common Market (Mercosur) are holding today in Paraguay the 64th ordinary meeting of the Ministerial Council to adjust details of the documents that tomorrow will be submitted to the consideration of the presidents of the bloc.
