The cars in the photos are of course minimally damaged. I didn’t see any with roof damage for instance. So they kept only some that can’t be used as evidence of Hannibal.
i had my hopes up for a second thought they were protesting the IDF raking those cars with autocannon fire from attack helicopters
I thought they scrapped the cars into a million pieces and buried them in The desert?

Now the Nova founders and Feingold, joined by US partners, are bringing this large-scale remembrance installation to NYC. Together, they have created a sacred space echoing the weight of the victims’ and survivors’ memories, surrounded by remains salvaged from the festival grounds—scorched cars, bullet-riddled bathroom stalls, and personal belongings all left behind.
They brought some of the cars to NYC for this remembrance exhibit, and sold tickets to it. WTAF?
Of the 1,300 burnt vehicles collected from the festival site, organizers brought over six cars for the exhibit. “It stands for itself, you don’t need to say much about it,” says Faktor, noting that the light inside the car is “one of the messages of this exhibit: We’re not there just to show the horror, but to tell the story and there’s always a light in everything to take it to the optimistic side.”
