Clover D reveal makes so much sense in retrospect. Every chapter that drops recontextualizes the whole story.
Saturn seeing Kuma and Bonnie reunited was cathartic. He ultimately failed in separating father and daughter and now has to live with that.
The big twist has to be related to what D is since that's the only part of Vegapunk's message that got cut off. I wonder what it implies that his last words were that everyone should have come to the same conclusion?
So is this almost it for Egghead? I need to reread it when it is done. This has been insane.
Seems like it. It was insane since the decimation of kidd and heart pirates, followed by garp assault and further into kuma. It was pretty great. Has lot of moments that I would consider one of the best in the story.
Remember when people thought this would be a quick arc with some info dumps?
It was long and was pretty great. Lot of new info. Highest escalations so far. Good god I thought crossing doflamingo would be too risky back in punk hazard. But here we are.
I'm guessing at most 4-5 more chapters then we're off to Elbaf or maybe an intermission as the world digests Vegapunk's message
Well that was a flashback. Clover knew punk then. So are the weapons all buried in the sea or something. Like how did punk get the robot. Cause saturn says these weapons no longer that powerful. Are they bombs???
I still don't get how the giants and strawhats are escaping.

Pretty sure he just happened to find it on Egghead. It attacked Mariejois 200 years ago and disappeared, but it's originally from the lost kingdom around 900 years ago.
Don't know. It seems like he got it or at least knew this is something from the ancient kingdom. Seemed like he did try to power it maybe with the mother flame.
I reread the chapter where he explains the robot. When it attacked Mariejois it ran out of power and was supposed to be destroyed, but some scientists hid it on Egghead. It must've been Vegapunk found it and built the lab nearby to study it.

So that leaves York and Lilith as the last two Vegapunks with York thinking Lilith is dead. I wonder if she stays with the Strawhats or somehow ends up with the Revolutionary Army. Also I love Sanji getting in on the robot hype with Luffy and Franky!
