I keep seeing some feder-posts with cross-posting listed at the top, just not sure how that works.

Maybe I missed something along the way, but it looks like you can only select one comm when posting on hexbear. Is this just disabled for now?

    Also, I believe if you simply post a link that has been posted elsewhere, it will be displayed as a cross-post without any action on your part.
